O comitê responsável pelo Eisner Comic Industry Awards divulgou a lista de indicados para a sua décima-quarta edição, a ser realizada este ano e que elegerá os melhores de 2001.

O Eisner Award é considerado o Oscar dos quadrinhos, uma das mais importantes premiações do gênero. Os vencedores serão anunciados durante a convenção de San Diego, a maior da indústria, no dia 2 de agosto.

A DC Comics lidera
a lista, com 22 indicações de trabalhos lançados pela editora e seus selos,
sendo seguida pela Fantagraphics,
que recebeu 15 indicações. A obra que marca mais presença é a Drawn & Quarterly,
que concorre em nada mais nada menos que 11 categorias. A Oni
Press também se saiu bem, sendo indicada 10 vezes.

e a CrossGen tiveram
